Unexpected Vacations

I'm Thinking Of Honeymooning In Hawaii And Have A Couple Of Questions. My Partner Prefers All Inclusive Resorts, Is This Possible And Can Anyone Recommend One. I Want A Hotel Thats Small, Unique And Luxurious. If We Can't Go All Incl Are There Lots Of Nice Restaurants To Eat Out In And How Expensive Is Food And Drink In And Outside Of Hotels? Any Help Or Reccomendations Welcome. Prob Looking At A Budget Of £2 - £3k For The Hotel And Then Flights On Top. Looking To Stay For 2 Weeks, Should I Stay On One Island Or Move Around? Would Prob Prefer One Base That Would Enable Us To Have Day Trips And Perhaps One Overnight Trip To Another Location. I Realise This Is More Than One Question But Like I Say Any Info Would Help.
